About Living It

Living It is a holistic centre situated in a quiet, peaceful neighbourhood in the heart of Roodekrans, Gauteng.

Awaya Crow and Tania Naudé are the driving force behind Living It.  They realized that they shared the same dream and created ‘Living It’ as a platform to present their talents and abilities to assist people in reclaiming their birthright and achieve the life of their dreams.

Each and every human being on this planet has the right to live a happy, fulfilled, abundant and prosperous life.  No exceptions!  Unfortunately ‘life’ gets in the way and we find ourselves creating the same patterns in our lives over and over again.  Most people suffer from stress, anxiety and depression, feelings of fear, loss, grief, being alone, low self-confidence and lack self-esteem to name but a few.

Through various healing modalities you are guided to transform negative feelings and emotions into positive thoughts of love, wholeness and gratitude.
